Sandra Fathi,
Co-founder & CEO

A lifelong lover of arts and crafts, Sandra has always been captivated by the joy of creating. From painting and ceramics to mixed media and textiles, her passion for artistic expression has been a guiding force throughout her life. Starting as a hobbyist, Sandra found herself increasingly driven to merge her personal love for creative pursuits with her professional endeavors.

Previously, Sandra spent more than 25 years guiding companies – from start-ups through global corporations – on branding, marketing, public relations and business transformation.  She continues to serve clients as CEO & Founder of Grey Matter Advisory, a business strategy and consulting practice. Her first company Affect (acquired in 2021), was a successful B2B marketing and public relations firm that served more than 300 technology, financial services and healthcare companies.

Sandra is deeply committed to helping people uncover their own passions and unlock their creativity. Whether it’s through classes, workshops, or collaborative events, she fosters a community where creators of all levels can learn, grow, and be inspired. At The Muse ArtHouse, Sandra channels her entrepreneurial spirit and artistic enthusiasm into building a space that nurtures talent, supports collaboration, and celebrates the transformative power of art.

Sandra grew up in New York and attended New York University before moving to Israel and meeting her husband, Ronen. She completed her studies at Hebrew University of Jerusalem for a B.A. in International Relations in addition to graduate studies in marketing at Reichman University (Israel) and University of Texas at Dallas. Today, the couple live in Tenafly, NJ where they raised their two children.
