Saturday, March 21, 2026, 1:45pm- 3:15pm This event is free. The event will be held at Mathnasium of Closter location 35 Vervalen st, Closter We’re excited to offer a special art session hosted at the Mathnasium School and The Muse Art House designed to support your child’s learning in a creative and meaningful way. Research shows that math and art naturally complement one another and develop many of the same thinking skills. Both skills rely on pattern recognition, spatial reasoning, problem-solving, and creative thinking. When children practice art alongside math, they build flexibility, confidence, and deeper understanding in both areas. In this session, students will explore visual art in a hands-on, engaging format that encourages creative thinking, focus and perseverance. These are the same foundational skills that support success in mathematics. Our goal is to help children see that they can be good at both math and art and that creativity plays an important role in learning of all kinds.
